Ok its the year of voting in the powers to be up and down the country and you have councillor doing there best to get there face out there and get people wanting to vote for them, I should know I have been helping one of the people standing in a area in Newham (Canning Town South) a seat that he had four years ago but due to the fact that he done his work they said “Ok, lets not pick you to stand again”, they put someone else in his spot and they lost the sit, so now four years down the line they have come to the right way of thinking and placed him back as the standing member for the area.

I have been getting into some heated fights online about what councillor do and don’t do like today I was talking to a long time friend on Facebook about the council not sending someone out straight away to sort out a problem, she is angry because she as a 7 Month old baby in the house like that is going to get someone to sit up and do there job quicker, I know its wrong and they should put the health of a baby on top of there list but it doesn’t work that way and when I said to her why don’t she do something about it I got the reply that I have been hearing all year “I don’t see the point in voting it wont change nothing”, well that really doe piss me off when I hear that you have to think what would happen if everyone felt that way?

I feel that if you have the power to vote you should use it, you have been given a right to vote in who runs the country and who runs your area and if you don’t take the time to get off your back side and go down to the polling station and take 2 minutes to vote then to be honest I feel you have no right then to start moaning about they ain’t doing there job that they set out to do as you didn’t even try and do nothing about it, I don’t mean to sound rude when I talk about this matter but it something I have come to get into and it pisses me off when people love to moan about something but don’t want to do nothing about it when the time comes for them to all we are asking for is that you take the time once every 4 YEARS to get out and vote for the party you want to run the country and the person you want to stand in your area, if you moan about the council in your area not doing a good job then have a read of the leaf let that comes from the door on who is standing and have you said come May.

Ok I didn’t want to post anything like this on my blog but I have just got to that point that I am sick of people loving to moan about something that they don’t want to help change that is all and I will end this now.
